    Memberships

    Humans are always free and your dogs first visit is free!

    Daily Pass. $12

    Allows one dog, one day of access to the park.

    Monthly Pass. $35

    Allows one dog unlimited  visits for 30 days 

    10 Punch Card. $60

    Allows one dog per punch full access to the park.

    Quarterly $90

    Allows one dog unlimited  visits for 90 days

    Yearly Membership $300

    Allows one dog unlimited visits for 365 days.

    Additional Dog Daily $5

    Allows one additional dog with daily pass.

    Additional Dog Monthly Membership $15

    Allows each additional dog up to three dogs unlimited visits for 30 days.

    Additional Dog Quarterly Membership $30

    Allows each additional dog up to three dogs unlimited visits for 90 days 

    Additional Dog Yearly Membership $50

    Allows each additional dog up to three dogs unlimited visits for 365 days.

    Rules & Requirements for Ales & Tails Dog Park & Bar

    You don't have to bring a dog to visit. All humans are welcome, no membership or entry fee required.

     All humans must sign our waiver prior to the first entry. Please visit us at check-in to complete that.

    Park Rules

    Park Rules & Regulations by

    1. The Daily Pass/Membership Agreement and Release of Liability releases Ales & Tails Dog Park from any liability to you, your dog(s), or anybody accompanying you, and applies to all visits to Ales & Tails Dog Park and all Ales & Tails Dog Park facilities, including use of the Dog Park and self-service wash stations, for the duration of your Membership. All dogs must have a one-time pass or an Ales & Tails Dog Park membership to be allowed into the Dog Park.
    2. Dogs must be current (up-to-date) on vaccinations including Rabies, DHPP/DHLPPC, and Bordetella. Dog parents must provide documentation to Ales & Tails Dog Park in order to be granted a one-time pass or Ales & Tails Dog Park membership. 
    3. Puppies must be older than 4 months of age and must show that they are current on puppy vaccinations. All Vet records can be downloaded via Gingr app or website. 
    4. Dogs over 1 year old must be spayed or neutered. No dogs in heat!
    5. No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the off-leash areas. NO EXCEPTIONS!
    6. Children must be supervised outside the off-leash areas at all times. Playing is at your own risk!
    7. Maximum of 2 dogs per member unless special permission is granted at management’s discretion.
    8. Ales & Tails Dog Park is NON-SMOKING – both inside and outside.
    9. Each member is responsible for cleaning up their dog’s waste. Waste stations are stocked with plastic bags and available for your use. Bark Rangers will monitor and assist when and as needed. However, outside of the Dog Park, dog owners must immediately bag and dispose of any dog waste.
    10. Member understands and agrees that in bringing their dog(s) to Ales & Tails Dog Park, management and staff have relied on the member’s representations and warranties that their dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dog.
    11. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Member is solely responsible for the behavior of their dog(s) and must break up any disturbances or any fights involving their dog(s). Any dog displaying disruptive or aggressive behavior may be asked to leave or required to be on-leash per management and staff’s discretion.
    12. Ales & Tails Dog Park is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused on our premises, and all Members are legally and financially responsible for their dog(s).
    13. Constant dog barking can be disruptive. Please keep your dog’s barking under control.
    14. Please open only one gate at a time, and be careful not to allow other dogs to enter or exit with you.
    15. Member agrees to keep their dog(s) leashed when not inside designated off-leash areas.
      Collars that are NOT allowed are prong,choke,pinch,shock and chain. for safety reasons no extension leashes. 
    16.  Member may release their dog(s) from leash inside the Dog Park, but must remain on the premises of Ales & Tails Dog Park while their dog(s) is (are) at the Dog Park. Abandoning dogs is prohibited and is punishable by law. Violators are subject to revocation of their membership, may be permanently banned from using the Dog Park, and reported to the City of Crossville, as appropriate.
    17.  No glass bottles or containers are permitted on the premises.
    18. The Dog Park Yard closes due to severe weather (lightning or snow) or when emergency maintenance is required. Additionally, Dog Park hours may vary due to special events. In all cases, Ales & Tails Dog Park reserves the right to close the facility or amend its hours of operation at any time without notice; however, Ales & Tails Dog Park will endeavor to notify its members via our website, social media, and/or email.
    19. Ales & Tails Dog Park Management and Staff have the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
    20. Participation at Ales & Tails Dog Park is voluntary and at your own risk. We reserve the right to temporarily remove or permanently restrict any person or dog(s) from the premises for behavior that is potentially harmful to our patrons, staff, or other dogs. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the safety of your dog(s), your guests, and yourself. Your Membership may be suspended or revoked at any time if it is found that you have jeopardized the safety of other people or dogs at Ales & Tails Dog Park.
    21. All Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and unable to be paused. We recommend that all dogs visit the park with a daypass before purchasing a membership.

    Three Strike Rule

     Dogs who are exhibiting inappropriate behaviors that are considered disruptive to the peace in the park can be given a strike.


    Examples include, but are not limited to the following:


    - Aggression toward other dogs

    - Aggression toward people

    - Resource guarding

    - Excessive barking

    - Excessive humping

    - Lunging/snapping

    - Barrier reactivity

    - Hyperactivity


     Humans who do not abide by park rules, or are exhibiting disruptive behaviors can also be given a strike.                                                              

    Examples include, but are not limited to the following:


    - Striking/kicking a dog

    - Violent disciplinary action towards a dog

    - Not paying attention to your dog

    - Being loud/yelling that resorts in fearfulness of dogs

    - Neglect to clean up after your dog
    - Bringing more dogs than can be monitored safely/effectively by the owner


    Strikes are given out by Ales and Tails staff who have witnessed the incident, and are approved by management. Strikes are not issued without informing the owner before your visit to the park has concluded. Please note that after receiving a strike, you may be asked to leave the park for the day.

    Socialization Standards

    Please ensure your dog is well-socialized and comfortable interacting with other dogs before visiting the park, as this helps create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
    If you’re not sure, we recommend purchasing a day pass for your pup prior to signing up for a long-term membership.

    The Park will be closed on December 25th, January 1st, Thanksgiving Day and Easter Sunday.
